Computer Depot® can offer service agreements ranging from preventative maintenance packages to offsite NAS storage and disaster recovery solutions. The scope of packages offered to our customers is equally important.

Service contracts and agreements are currently being offered on a customized case per case basis to meet the needs of the individual customer. Please contact either the service manager or corporate sales department for further details.
In Store Service
•  The Service department operates Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm
•  Computer Depot® has a reliable certified service team to help solve and/or fix your computing problems.
•  All service is done on a first come first serve basis. Tentative wait times are posted at time of check-in. Customers are welcome to call and check the status of their service work. Service work is subject to a minimum bench time fee of $37.50+tax. This is a non negotiable and non refundable service fee. This fee does not apply to warranty service. Please refer to our Service Rates beyond the initial bench time charge.
•  Please note that although we like to try and help customers as much as possible, extended phone support is only available to existing clients with valid invoices, existing Corporate Clients and clients with current service agreements.
Onsite Service
•  Our onsite service is available to all clients and potential customers 24hrs a day but must be booked during regular business hours unless previously arranged. Priority will be given to clients with existing service contracts in place.
Service Rates (by the hour)
•  Minimum bench fee: $37.50
•  In Store Hourly Rate: $75.00
•  Emergency Service Rate**: $90.00
•  Emergency After Hours Rate: $150.00
•  On Site Rate: This rate is location based. Please contact the store for more details.
